The American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons has released its third annual report on data from procedures performed in the AAOS Shoulder and Elbow Registry, according to a press release.
The registry includes data compiled from 17,617 shoulder and elbow procedures from 140 U.S. hospitals, private practices and ASCs between 2015 and 2021. According to the release, the registry tracks shoulder and elbow procedural trends, revisions and best practices.
