Durvalumab (Imfinzi, AstraZeneca) —a human monoclonal antibody that binds to PD-L1 — is approved for use in several countries, including indications for unresectable stage III non-small cell lung cancer, in combination with tremelimumab (Imjudo, AstraZeneca) and chemotherapy for metastatic non-small cell lung cancer, in combination with chemotherapy in locally advanced or
