Fresenius Medical Care North America donates $250,000 to promote kidney education

Fresenius Medical Care North America announced it donated $250,000 to the Boys & Girls Clubs of America to fund the Healthy Habits program, according to a press release.
The Healthy Habits program is intended to teach children about healthy eating and living habits early in life. In 20 clubs across the U.S., FMCNA representatives will introduce kidney health education to the curriculum. The kidney-related program will include videos, interactive learning and games targeted for children aged 6 to 12 years.
