
Christopher R. Blagg, MD, FRCP, who was integral in standardizing outpatient dialysis care in the 1960s, died on March 31. He was 91 years old.
Blagg was a professor emeritus of medicine in the division of nephrology at the University of Washington and the executive director emeritus of Northwest Kidney Centers, a dialysis company he helped start in the early 1960s, according to a University of Washington press release.
