“There is more and more evidence presented in studies that show low IOP has a high impact on the efficiency of cataract surgery,” he said.
Less phaco power and less aspiration time, with reduced overall surgical time, are needed when moving to a low, near physiologic IOP setting, in the range of 35 mm Hg to 20 mm Hg. This is possible with the latest-generation
