“What’s important for us to realize is CNS penetration,” Salgia, medical oncologist, and professor and Arthur & Rosalie Kaplan Chair of the department of medical oncology and therapeutics research at City of Hope, said. “Even for EGFR-mutated patients, CNS penetration is important.”
